KT Automotive is more than just a supplier of crash test data acquisition systems. Our customers love to work with us as a partner to solve their daily challenges. To make sure that all of our people never forget what our customers like about us we have defined the three things that are most important for us: Quality, Innovation and Integrity. QUALITY. The quality and reliability of our products is almost legendary and we will do whatever necessary to keep this high quality. But for us quality is not only related to products. We strongly believe that offering high quality products is only possible with high quality people that work in a high quality company with high quality processes (this includes procurement, development, production, system ingegration, and delivery). Most of our employees work for us since ten years and longer. Our fluctuation of employees is extremely low since have a fair and cooperative leadership where decisions are made by the team within boundaries that are defined by the management. We share a clear vision of our future with our people and customers and all strategies and decsisions are made with this vision in mind. And at the end of the day we do not forget to have fun! INNOVATION. Our customers expect from us to continuesly work on new hard- and software solutions that can better help them to fulfill their daily work. Therefore, we constantly search the market for new technologies that can be used in our products to meet their expectations. However, we will not use a new technology until this technology has proven to be reliable enough to be used in crash test equipment and software. INTEGRITY. This means for us: - We do not talk bad about our competitors or their products. We have enough to say about our own products! - We do not promise anything to customers that we cannot fulfill and we do everything for our customers that we have promised! - We will only create hard- or software interfaces for competitive products with the consent of the competitor to ensure a working environment for our customers! - We do not sacrifice our principles (Quality.Innovation.Integrity) to get orders or sell our high quality products at dumping prices!
