New Sensor Test Device available |

 KT Automotive provides a new sensor test device integrated into a Tablet PC. This system provides Bridge supplies for 2.5V, 5V and 10V at a max. sensor current of 40mA and a signal accuracy of 0.5%. The system is able to measure the total resistance of the sensor bridge as well as the sensor offset. It checks for shorts between each of the Excitation, Signal and Sense lines as well as
against shield of cable. A dynamic check is possible via an online display of the signal on the high resolution screen. The application allows the user to offset and visualize the sensor signal in order to indicate bad signals caused by intermittent cable breaks. The Application allows the user to exchange sensor data with CrashDesigner and to download a snapshot of the sensor database during offline processes.
